What Is QA Testing?

Do you know what QA plays a role in the Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC)? No right, I will explain.
QA stands for Quality Assurance, and can be called as Software testers. They are the one who fulfills the responsibility for making sure that the customer deliverables are of high-quality and meets the customer requirement and the quality standards.
When developers complete their development, software testers/QA tests them for bugs & errors, later developers fix them. This process keeps on going till the product reaches up to zero errors. Once the software products are ready(no errors), then they are released to the end customers(called clients).
Testers should make sure that they deliver regular consistent positive results by taking help of required standardized procedures. Organizations or Companies have to make sure that they have their set of processes for achieving the desired results that will hit the best quality standards.
A QA process looks something below:
- They generate requirements
- Makes overall estimation of product
- They develop a plan
- Produce complete documentation & plans
- Execute the documented plans on day-to-day sprints
- Later they define what needs to happen before a product is released
- Then do the final test and verification
- Done
I hope it’s clear what the QA testing means. To know more about QA, keep in touch and Subscribe DCO. Keep supporting, Thanks.
